Samples are not provided prior to ordering.  The reason for our "No Sample" policy is because we are an online bakery and do not keep items "in stock."  All of our desserts are made fresh the day of your event in order to guarantee utmost freshness and design.  In some circumstances, samples may be provided only if an exotic flavor/frosting is being requested.  Please contact us for more information.

At Mrs. Crabtree's Creations, we create one-of-a kind, custom cakes that really are edible works of art.  The chart below  is to serve as a guideline. For specific pricing Please Contact Us with any pricing questions prior to ordering online.Tiered Cakes. Servings based on a 1" slice.

Sculpted or 3D Cakes. Sculpted cake prices start at $6-7 per slice. 

Fondant Figurines & Props. Fondant figures start at $10-$15 each. Items are priced according to the level of detail in the piece.

All orders must be placed at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance.  Please let us know the date of your event or party when placing your order.  

There is only a minimum order regarding cookies, cupcakes and chocolate covered pretzels and strawberries.  The minimum order for cupcakes, cookies, chocolate covered pretzels and strawberries is 2 dozen. 

Cupcakes and Cakes are delivered in Staten Island Only on the day of your event.  There is a $10 delivery charge.  All other items are shipped within the USA.  Shipping fees vary.  All Chocolate items must be shipped overnight.  Items will ship within 2 - 3 business days.

Due to the planning and preparation that goes into every order, a cancellation fee will apply to all orders canceled within 72 hours of the event.  A 15% fee of the total amount of the order will be required.

 Yes.  Cupcake tower rentals are $15 each.  Each tower will be decorated to compliment your event's colors/theme.  Each cupcake tower holds 2 dozen regular sized cupcakes or 4 dozen mini cupcakes.  There is a $35 fee for each tower that is lost and a $25 fee for each damaged tower - NO Exceptions.  A Mrs. Crabtree representative will be responsible for arranging a date/time to pick up the cupcake tower rentals once your event has added.
 

We accept Credit Credits, Paypal and Cash.  Large orders require 20% deposit.

We are able conform several of our desserts to gluten-free, including cakes, cupcakes, crabbies and cookies and it will look and taste delicious!  (Special orders must be ordered at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance)

Mrs. Crabtree has several recipes for the health conscious -  including low-fat, fat-free, gluten-free and sugar-free desserts.   All look and taste delicious!   All special orders need to be placed at least 3 weeks in advance.

When you have a fundraiser for a charity, we would love to contribute to such a great cause and supply the baking services.  $1 from each dessert sold will be donated to the charity of your event.  Please let us know the name of the charity and the date of your event when contacting us.

No, we do no cater to Traditional Wedding or Engagement type cakes.  We specialize in the non-traditional.
